What’s included in a Basic EHV Kit?

Our Kits have been carefully assembled to provide maximum safety and performance.

Below are all items included in our Basic EHV Kit.

Safety Rescue Hook 1kV – Safeguards the life of the first aider and is used for retrieval of victims of electric shock.

‘Do Not Operate’ Photo ID Tags – Provides a visual representation of the authorised employee. Durable construction, customise with name department and employee specific photo I.D.

Voltage & Continuity Tester – Cat III Voltage Tested with LED and LCD display, high voltage indication.

‘Danger High Voltage’ Car Window Sign – For use inside Electric or Hybrid vehicles as a warning. Comes with suction cup to stick to window.

Class 0 Electrical Safety Gloves – Fully insulated gloves, test stamped for working voltages 1000 V max, test voltage 5000 V. Manufactured to EN60903.

Insulated Screwdriver Set – Insulated high torque soft-grip Screwdrivers. Protection from high voltage components, tested to EN/IEC 60900:2004.

Dielectric Overboots – Provide protection of up to 20kV over the complete boot for 8 hours. Ideal for personnel who have to continually enter and exit hazardous areas, especially when working on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles.

Cotton Undergloves –  Give added comfort in warm and humid conditions. To be worn underneath Electrical Safety Gloves and Leather Overgloves.

Face Shield – Protects the eyes from any ‘flash over’ that can occur if an electrical spark is produced. Provides forehead protection and a full 180° field of vision.

Fuse Carrier Lockout – Lockout device is used for locking out electrical isolation ports/sockets on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles.

Safety Padlock – Used with Fuse Carrier Lockout to hold device in place, with space to attach a Safety Tag.

Leather Overgloves –  Worn over insulating gloves to protect against mechanical hazards and electrical arcing.

Green Canvas Bag – Heavy-duty, waterproof and rip-resistant. Ideal for holding all safety equipment items.
